Debt is not yours. Synchrony bank charged my account with authorization Notice of billing error ( 12 CFR 1026.13 ), will be filing a police report as this is theft this isn't the first time they tried this. Will be contacting the IRS and the IRS Criminal division in regards to the interest and taxes concerning this fraud. This account was disputed and Synchrony dishonored the request for validation of debt. According to HJR 192-1933 banks have been bankrupt and can't truly lend or extend credit so please as i stated before please validate the alleged debt. Also you have been sending letters after you were commanded to cease and deists and failed to report that to the credit reporting agency 's.
