Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (PA)

Investigation took more than 30 days. I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, have consistently been exercising my rights and notifying Equifax that the XXXX complaints submitted ARE NOT GENERAL DISPUTES!!! I have stated that clearly several times. The agency is still disregarding what my letters and complaints are saying and are still violating my rights. Payments are transactions that should not be reported. Next, FCRA XXXX XXXX.
