Debt was already discharged in bankruptcy and is no longer owed. XXXX incorrectly charged my account for {$5.00} and {$15.00} on XX/XX/2021 and subsequently reversed the charges on XX/XX/2021 due to their error. Despite this error by XXXX, XXXX reported my account as past due and sold my account to a collection agency called TRS. TRS has been harassing me despite me sending them proof that I do not owe any money and this was an error on behalf of TRS. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and also on XX/XX/XXXX. I also filed complaints with the Attorney General in California against XXXX and Attorney General in Georgia against TRS. Despite this, both XXXX and TRS keep pitching my case back and forth and blame the other for not clearing up my records. I need CFPB to intervene since neither of thes
