None. On XX/XX/2021 my mortgage payment cleared intended for XX/XX/2021. I had payed XXXX on XX/XX/2021 and XXXX on XX/XX/2021. Instead of crediting the payment for XXXX the payment was applied to principal and " fees '' putting the mortgage in default. I am getting multiple calls asking for the XXXX payment. I have asked multiple people multiple times to correct the error with no success.
