Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I been calling Upgrade since XXXX trying to resolve an issue with receiving an email to show proof to the merchant that they still have {$810.00} pending on my card so that they can get the amount released. I called held for XXXX hours and someone disconnected the call so I sent XXXX emails asking for assistance. A couple of the emails stated to call customer service. I explained the long hold and disconnect. They responded back with that is the only way to get the issue resolved. I called back and was told that I would receive an email in XXXX business days. I did not receive the email and called back XXXX weeks later. I was told the same thing again XXXX business days to receive the email. I called back tod
