None. I recently applied for credit. It was brought to my attention by XXXX and XXXX that there was a freeze on my Experian credit report. I called Experian and learned someone placed a freeze on my report on XX/XX/2021. I never requested a freeze with Experian. I never gave anyone permission to add a freeze. I had no knowledge there was a freeze on my consumer file. I believe Experian placed a freeze on my credit report without my knowledge and without my consent. This is egregious of Experian. I have since removed the freeze. All telephone calls are recorded and there will NOT be any recorded phone calls of me requesting a freeze.
