I did not receive my vehicle until XXXX because their salesman XXXX XXXX said they had someone in house that they typically used for delivery. When I agreed to using their person, I received the run around for 4+ days! I am located in the state of Indiana where the dealer offered to send papers via mail because this was their policy.
