Investigation took more than 30 days. Attempts have been made to all three credit bureau to remove and block account due to several errors and inconsistency in reporting information. Transition, XXXX and XXXX fail to provide proof of investigation to validate inaccuracy reporting on my credit report. XXXX XXXX has been sued due to their negligence and violations of consumer rights not following proper protocol and reporting actions by the rights of CFPB and Fair Credit Lending Act to all consumers involved in legal action suit case # XXXX. As of XX/XX/2022 court approved settlement in which my case was part of XXXX violations.
