Debt collection — Spring Oaks Capital, LLC (NC)

Debt is not yours. To whom it may concern concern. I have been disputing a debt in the amount of {$560.00} that was never mine with a company called " SPRING OAKS CAPITAL LLC. '' Original creditor was " XXXX XXXX XXXX, '' which before they first contacted me I had never heard of. I have only ever received one phone call from them, and I have been asking for a verification letter, hard copy signature, and / or proof that it is my debt since XX/XX/XXXX. I resubmitted a dispute again on XX/XX/XXXX. I have not received one phone call or letter since that time. I have given them 60 days, which is 30 days longer than allowed by law.
