Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (OK)

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have submitted several disputes regarding the below inquires. I have reported to Equifax, XXXX and XXXX that I have no knowledge of these inquires and need them removed ASAP but this hasn't been done. I have also mailed several letters and have reported to the Oklahoma Attorney General office that these need removed. I have no idea why these hard inquires on my credit report! I need these removed ASAP per the law.
