Problem with fees. After reviewing my statement from XXXX XXXX via Synchrony Bank I noticed there were card security fees, a phone number was listed and the call hours are between XXXX EST I've called numerous times. There is a pre-recorded message saying to please try again later, which I've been doing. No other department at Synchrony can help because it's a specific card security department. Synchrony will only show it's customers 11 months worth of statements, and every single one had these fee 's that I never signed up for or authorized. The fee 's have added up to over {$80.00}, and that's just on the statements I was able to view. Beware of this card, they will charge you for a program you never signed up for a hide behind the fees. I've never had a late payment, and I am
