Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (FL)

Account information incorrect. Equifax is reporting that XXXX has submit a hard inquiry. I reached out to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX to their number XXXX. The representative i spoke with advised me that per my social security number I have nothing with them. I explained that they claim I submit something with them that lead to in inquiry. I was advised since I have nothing open they cant help. I called Equifax ( XXXX ) back on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX and explained what XXXX stated. I asked can you please provide me what they " confirmed '' and they said no I need to ask XXXX for it. I do admit I refinanced XXXX months ago and if its related to that it would be true but very late.
