Student loan — Nelnet, Inc. (VT)

Trouble with how payments are being handled. My private student loans are serviced through nelnet. I have two separate loans. I have tried to make extra principal payments to one loan, yet the company has a history of misapplying the payments. This has resulted in significant time trying to correct the issue, and I now am having to fight to have interest charges corrected. I am rather exasperated.
