Problem with fees charged. On XX/XX/2020 I signed an agreement for a vehicle loan. Disbursement amount was {$55000.00}. I have been paying this loan until this month when I reached out to the Financial Pacific Leasing to get a payoff amount. I was sent a paperwork stating that I owe {$56000.00}. So, {$1000.00} over the amount that was lent to me 20 months ago. I have never missed a payment since it's auto debited. I reached out to the broker and the finance company requesting an explanation to this matter but they will not give me any information whatsoever. No disclosures were given to the rate or whatsoever. I have attached the initial contract and payoff letter. The broker that took my application and provided the paperwork is XXXX at XXXX XXXX. The financing bank is XXXX XXXX XXXX out
