Debt collection — The CMI Group, Inc. (TX)

Threatened or suggested your credit would be damaged. i chched my credit report and noticed i had a collection from Credit Management LP that was opened XX/XX/2021 for {$320.00} with account number starting with XXXX that I do not recall and am not liable for. I never entered into a signed contract with credit management. This inaccurate collection is not mine. i would like all collection activity to cease and for this inaccurate collection activity to be removed from my credit report immediately.
