Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (FL)

Didn't receive services that were advertised. I received an email dated XX/XX/2022 informing me that I was entitled to Credit monitoring because of a Data Security Breach. They gave me a claim # ( XXXX ), and login code of XXXX. I clicked the link provided by Experian, filled out the form using the code they sent me. However, their response was " We can not verify your identity ''. My Social Security # is XXXX. My complaint is that they are making extremely difficult to get this service.
