Problem with additional products or services purchased with the loan. I financed a XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that they needed a part for a repair on the XXXX before they gave me the vehicle, but it would be ready by the XXXX. I was ok with that. By the XXXX, I got a call that the XXXX is not ready as they have not gotten the part in. I told them I needed the vehicle as the insurance for my trade in was ending that day. They ended up giving me a service loaner for the weekend as the part would be in on Monday the XXXX. The part still hadnt arrived that Monday. At this point I told them I felt I was being scammed and was gon na seek legal action. The next morning, they got the part in and delivered the vehicle I was at work.
