Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Westlake Services, LLC (TX)

Was not notified of investigation status or results. I submitted a request for account to be removed bc the account in question was on a vehicle that my ex wife obtained through divorce and defaulted on Loan. The payment info was updated but account was not removed. I then contacted the company about 4 months later on their credit dispute email and didn't receive any correspondence from the creditor.
