Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (UT)

Account information incorrect. Not sure why they can't seem to get information correct on anyone 's reports. They get paid by lenders to report " accurate '' info yet they don't! The attached info is incorrect on every level. The account was paid off in full by me in XXXX and closed! They show that I'm " disputing '' the account as being mine which I'm clearly not! I want them to update the account to a {$0.00} balance and show it closed by the consumer because I closed it when I paid it off - period!
