Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have been disputing XXXX XXXX XXXX on my report since XXXX and as a consumer I asked Equifax for method of verification to show this account was reporting 100 % accurate and they failed to provide that.. this agency is in violation because they furnished information relating to me the consumer that was inaccurate. I told them that this was inaccurate and they still continue to report this to my credit profile. this agency is in violation they were supposed to make sure the account was accurate before putting it on my credit report. That is illegal under FCRA LAWS therefore this must be removed. Misleading False Reporting This account is negligently and inaccurately reporting failing to comply.I reached out to the creditor XXXX XXXX
