Personally, I have close to 300,000 dollars in a portfolio account with Wells Fargo. I requested the financial advisers/loan customer service representatives to speak XXXX since I feel more comfortable speaking my native tongue. All the details of the loan notes were written clearly by XXXX XXXX XXXX relationship banker of Wells Fargo Bank, XXXX XXXX. I believe a few days later, I was contacted by white financial advisers from Wells Fargo regarding my loan application, I requested to speak to a XXXX speaker representative/translator my request was denied. Again, the white financial advisers in condescending manner ask the same questions that XXXX
