Billing problem. Before the pandemic, I paid a day or two ahead of time for a type of benefit that they didn't clearly explain and I accommodated that. It seems as though that when I paid it early, the creditor would process the payment late or have some excuse as to why the payment did not post in time to correct the issue. As a result, I have a late payment for this creditor on my credit report that says I was 30 days late on a payment. It is farthest from the truth.
