Vehicle loan or lease — HYUNDAI CAPITAL AMERICA (NY)

Unable to receive car title or other problem after the loan is paid off. I called in late XXXX asking for a lien release statement and was told several times it was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX. After being promised I would receive it in 7 days, nothing showed up and was told it was re-mailed on the XXXX. I called once again asking for a copy of the paid in full letter and was told it would be emailed to me on the XXXX with 2 days for processing. I have failed to receive any of these documents after waiting almost a month even after being told 3 separate times I would receive these documents.
