Problem using a debit or ATM card. Hi my name is XXXX. My problem with wells fargo is that there are disputes on my account for unauthorized purchases made with my account and my card. The total amount stolen from my bank equals to {$5100.00}. I have made effortless calls to wells fargo about this and to my surprise have had 0 cooperation. Wells fargo hasnt been refunding me any of these fraudulent purchases for months.
