Debt collection — EQUIFAX, INC. (TX)

Debt was result of identity theft. I have contacted equifax and have advised them that I am a victim of identity theft and have sent over a police report for the ongoing investigation involving XXXX XXXX sheriff 's office and atleast 1 person in question as a suspect in taking out loans and other debt in my name without my authorization. The debt from XXXX energy is a result of identity theft and does not belong to me I have contacted the company and have not gotten a response from this company with any evidence other than a itemized bill that could substantiate that this debt indeed belongs to me.
