Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (GA)

Reporting company used your report improperly. I, XXXX XXXX, natural man/ woman have recently pulled my credit from Equifax and saw that they are reporting a bankruptcy. I have mailed the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts on XX/XX/XXXX2022 to ask them if they have any information about me and a bankruptcy and i also asked if they furnish information regarding public records to the credit reporting agencies. They have written me back on XX/XX/XXXX22 saying that they do NOT provide any information to credit reporting agencies, nor do they ever validate and/or confirm public records. I am left to believe that Equifax have never validated or verified these public record entries on my credit report. I am demanding that Equifax delete this bankruptcy from my consumer report immediately!
