Student loan — AES/PHEAA (IL)

Don't agree with the fees charged. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received communication that I had to renew my IBR before XX/XX/XXXX to be eligible. Around XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted annual recertification through the AES website which they sent me a letter on XX/XX/XXXX that I would have to pay {$10.00} every month based on my income. In XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted new certification documentation because my income was absolutely XXXX because I would no longer receive unemployment which was my income at the time. So for XX/XX/XXXX, they send me my IBR approval request of {$0.00} but are still charging me the {$10.00} for the original plan which I contacted them and asked them why? I had never had this issue before and my income had been higher at other points, such as $ XXXX which is more than the $ XXXX XXXX
