Debt collection — Resurgent Capital Services L.P. (TN)

Attempted to collect wrong amount. On XX/XX/2022 I accepted an agreement to make three consecutive payments in exchange for an account to be removed from my credit reports. All payments have been made but neither company involved have followed through with agreement. I feel this would be considered fraud and a violation of laws.
