Problem making or receiving payments. Purchase a product online and made the payment via XXXX -- - {$260.00} -- -never received tracking information nor the product was ever shipped -- -tried contacting the business via their website, email and phone and never received any response -- -posted complaint with my bank, Wells Fargo ref . no. XXXX, the FTC reference no. XXXX and FBI XXXX. It appears that my bank is not doing much to credit my funds that were spent, yet they promote XXXX!! If I had used XXXX, they would have just garnished the seller 's account funds and got my money back to me!!!
