Other problem. This started over two years ago, I needed a replacement card, customer service kept telling me they are sending me out a card, that I never received, they finally, sent me a card express mail, they told me that they were not going to charge me, and they did. Once I saw I was being charged, I called to cancel my card, and they refunded my service charge. Since this was a secure account, I was due back a refund of my deposit. They made me wait six weeks, I didn't receive my check, so I called, they told me it would take 7 days to receive my check, After 7 days I called was told ten business days. I waited 11 business days, this time I was told they are going to cancel the check and issue a new check and send it out express, I waited 7 days, now being told by the supervisor, th
