Other problem getting your report or credit score. Equifax has somehow deleted my entire credit report and creditors are not able to access my credit. I noticed this back in XXXX XXXX which I placed a call to their customer service department explaining that I could no longer access an updated copy of my credit report. I have important financial transactions that have been declined due to their carelessness handling my credit report. I called now three times and the customer service representatives are saying that they have nothing in the system even after manual attempts to locate my report. Today XXXX states that she can't see anything at all. I am asking to have Equifax regenerate my Equifax credit report and delete the fraud alert as well that I have asked them to remove several times
