Credit card or prepaid card — TD BANK US HOLDING COMPANY (NH)

Card opened as result of identity theft or fraud. I have received two phone calls in the last month regarding store credit cards being opened in my name. I have not been to either of these stores nor have I opened any additional credit cards. This is affecting my credit score.
