Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I am a credit account holder with Bank of America Visa. On or about XX/XX/2022, I received partial notification from Bank of America ( via email and website ) of a series of fraudulent charges on my Visa credit account. I immediately went to the Bank of America website, saw a series of series of fraudulent charges, and, in an interactive menu, checked each of them as fraudulent. Bank of America, via the website, did not acknowledge my entry. I attempted again and again to deny these charges, however there seemed to be no acknowledgement ( some, though not all, were declined by Bank of America ).
