None. {$2500.00} was scammed from me using Zelle. I contacted XXXX bank who failed to reimburse me because the withdrawals were approved by me. I was trying to sell an item on XXXX market place. Buyer supposedly sent the money with Zelle. I got an email from scammers telling me I had to create a merchant account by refunding the money to the buyer, I never saw the initial payment to me. Who I thought was customer service for Zelle kept telling me I needed to refund more money due to a problem get the account established and my bank not working properly. This happened XX/XX/XXXX XXXX
