Charged too much interest. Yesterday ( XXXX ), I was unable to make a charge, it prompted me to go into the Citi app today. When I went in, there was a red bar saying I was 14 days late. I had no idea I was late as I never received any communication about a missed payment. I immediately paid the entire balance today ( XXXX ). I dug in and found interest charges for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I never received a single email on a missed payment, but in the meantime Citi was charging me me interest. With AMEX, if a payment is missed, you receive a very explicit email that says you missed a payment and have been assessed a late fee. Again, I did not receive a missed payment email, I received a note on XX/XX/XXXX that made it seem like I was up to date and then actually received a letter in the mail
