Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. Hi my name is XXXX XXXX, The card number ending in XXXX XXXX was use on my XXXX account, On XX/XX/XXXX I identified that my card statement have been fraudulent and have a lots of XXXX XXXX charges that i did not purchase, I file a report to chase immediately, i also have XXXX XXXX XXXX card on file, i report to both card company and also report to XXXX and XXXX close my account after knowing the activity. The amount that was fraud with chase was for about {$50000.00}, and for XXXX XXXX XXXX was about {$17000.00}, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and Chase both return the money back, however in few week, Chase reverse the decision and reverse all the charges back to my card, i contact chase asking why, they just informed
