Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I paid my XXXX XXXX account in full it was a balance of XXXX, it was charged off but I paid it in full and I have had it investigated twice I even sent the letterhead that XXXX provided, to show that it has been paid and it is still showing as a negative unpaid item on my credit report therefore lowering my credit score and I am purchasing a house in the next couple months so I need this item removed or corrected. Its still showing on my XXXX and XXXX Report.I can't get it corrected.
