Debt was paid. Wakefield & Associates trying to collect a debt for XXXX XXXX. Debt is inaccurate ; we met our family deductible at the beginning of 2021 because my daughter has juvenile XXXX XXXX and as such, we hit both the individual and family deductible within the first 60-90 days of every year. Despite repeatedly sending info to XXXX, Wakefield and XXXX XXXX, Wakefield attached this to my credit report. I am also not the responsible party for this debt ; that belongs to XXXX XXXX as the account holder for the health insurance, but regardless, the debt is not owed because health insurance covers it. In addition to the collection, they are also reporting that I have made a payment on the account in credit collections, which no payment has been made ever to them. This needs to be removed
