Account information incorrect. Equifax should remove XXXX XXXX XXXX from my credit report immediately due to the fact that they have violated my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611 ( c ) which clearly states and I quote Section 611 ( c ) of the FCRA provides : " Whenever a statement of dispute is filed,... the consumer reporting agency shall, in any subsequent consumer report containing the information in question, clearly note that it is disputed by the consumer and provide either the consumer 's statement or a clear and accurate codification or summary thereof '' In a credit report dated XX/XX/2022 that Equifax sent to me they fail to mention that the XXXX XXXX XXXX account number XXXX was disputed by me and that I have been disputing the accuracy of this account for
