Investigation took more than 30 days. I have been contacting all three credit agencies for disputes with information being reported on my credit report for over a year now starting in XXXX of XXXX. I have also disputed incorrect account information with the original companies. Two accounts in particular have not been resolved, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have sent in every single document required including proof of identity and documents to dispute these accounts and to date the only response I have ever received from all 3 agencies is the same generic response.
