Old information reappears or never goes away. I tried several times to get Trans Union to correct my credit report. The same information has been on my credit report for over seven years. When I tried to get the free annual report the request was rejected, I could not get to speak to a customer service person. Moreover, I can not get to compare the information Trans Union has on my report with the information provided by XXXX and XXXX. Arguably, the data on the Trans Union report dates back to 2007. The score of XXXX has been on the account since then. Although, information more than seven years old should be removed. I am yet to see changes to the trans union report. Therefore, I am asking for a review of my trans union credit report.
