Didn't receive enough information to verify debt. The complaint is about XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). I received collection letter from Overton, russell XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for a medical bill ( XXXX ) from XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX I was surprised to see it because I had never received any bill from XXXX. I made multiple attempts to reach XXXX billing department and finally was able to reach them at XXXX. After inquiring when I was sent a bill and to what address, I was told I was sent bills in XX/XX/XXXX. And the address it was sent to was wrong. After checking if any attempts of calls was made I did not get any affirmative response even though she confirmed they had my right phone number. This is 2nd time XXXX has made same mistake with my bill and I wonder how many more customers are facin
