Reporting company used your report improperly. Im writing to you today because Im in shock how poor attention my credit reporting has gotten. After reviewing my credit and the FCRA, I must bring this to your attention the following items that should be removed immediately according to the FCRA. According to XXXX5 usc 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) The accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX OF XXXX / XXXX should be excluded from my credit report. The Credit reporting agency is preforming unfair practices I now can not get a mortgage because of these accounts showing on my credit also I never gave credit reporting agency written consent to disclose my personal information according to 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( 2 ). The credit reporting agency is giving me a hard time resolving this unfair situation.
