Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. XXXX [ now XXXX BANK ] has been putting false late payment information [ XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ] on my car loan listed on my credit report AFTER the car loan had been paid off in XX/XX/XXXX. I have repeatedly given XXXX the information that XXXX INSURANCE paid off the car loan to XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX but XXXX has refused to investigate or correct their information. I have even forwarded XXXX XXXX 's email with the particulars of the check ( check cleared XXXX XXXX bank on XX/XX/XXXX ) used to pay off car loan. However, XXXX is NOT correcting the errors on my credit reports.
