Reporting company used your report improperly. On XX/XX/2022 I pulled my consumer report and noticed that RESURGENT/LVNV FUNDING is furnishing negative information to the consumer reporting agencies. I am aware that as a consumer I have the RIGHT for my information to not be displayed. I also did not give permission for RESURGENT/LVNV FUNDING to furnish any information on my reports. Also the timing of these payments reported are inaccurate and should not be displayed as past due or in collections. This is a direct violation under 15. U. S. Code 1666b. Please be advised that my consumer should be equitable to me at all times. I would like for RESURGENT/LVNV FUNDING to cease all communication regarding this alleged debt.
