Debt collection — ERC (CA)

Debt was result of identity theft. I am a victim of identity theft and I write to dispute certain information in my file resulting from the crime that I recently became aware of. The item I am disputing do not relate to any transactions that I have made or authorized. Please REMOVE this information at the earliest possible time. I've tried to let the company know that this was not me and they refused to remove the account from my credit report.
