I want an explanation why XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and Experian labels my request as " This complaint appears to be about the same issues as your earlier complaint. '' when they have yet to send me the permissible permission used to access my credit report in XX/XX/2017. At this time, forget the copy of the permission and just explain why they refuse and label my request as duplicate when they have yet to perform.
