Debt collection — Bayside Credit (CA)

Debt is not yours. Bayside Credit calling from ( XXXX ) XXXX harassed my significant other for a debt ( was not disclosed it as a debt collector ) and it was a prior relationship ( not by marriage and not her debt either in any capacity ). It was deceitfully, intentionally, and purposely implied to have been for a job reference for her ex. This has left her feeling very uncomfortable. I hope something is done about it.
