Attempted to collect wrong amount. My daughter was born on XX/XX/XXXX. I am filing a complaint against XXXX XXXX and Americollect. XXXX XXXX stopped communication in regards to the account/claim from XXXX. I have been in contact with them from date of service until XX/XX/XXXX. They did not contact me by phone or email to tell me they werent going to bill my PRIMARY Insurance nor that they were sending it to collections. Aside from improperly sending it to collections without collecting insurance payment when given accurate group information. They also sent the same bill to Americollect twice! They put 2 hits on my credit report ( XXXX ) and I lost nearly 50 points due to their negligence and unprofessionalism. My primary ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and secondary insurance ( XX/XX/XXXX) should have been
