Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (PA)

Information belongs to someone else. I am writing to delete the following information in my file, the items i need DELETED are listed in the report. I am a victiim of identity theft and it is damging my livlihood. I demand that you remove these items from my consumer report. I also reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission & enclosed copies of the Federal Trade Commissions identity theft affivdavit. Remove these items immediatly or my attorney will be involed.
